Jeffrey Carr is the CEO of GreyLogic, the Founder and Principal Investigator of Project Grey Goose, and the author of “Inside Cyber Warfare”. He created the IntelFusion blog in 2006 to explore contemporary issues in data fusion, intelligence analysis, cyber conflicts between State and Non-State actors, and the implications of unrestricted warfare and virtual environments on national security.

Mr. Carr regularly consults with agencies of the U.S. Intelligence Community on Russian and Chinese cyber warfare strategy and tactics as well as new and emerging threats to Critical Infrastructure. He has also been a presenter on these topics at the following conferences:

Mr. Carr has been interviewed on the international radio program Today on Beyond Beijing, and has been quoted in numerous publications including The New York Times, the Washington Post, the Guardian, BusinessWeek, and Wired, among others.
